Back 2 School Night 2024

250+ people attended this year’s Back 2 School Night BBQ with eight BNC Partners participating in the community resource fair. As music and smoke from the caterer’s BBQ grill filled the neighborhood BNC Partner Organizations provided resources and activities for a fun family night celebrating the return of the school year. The BNC distributed 160 backpacks with school supplies for elementary, middle, and high school students while BNC Volunteer-AmeriCorps members from the Imagine Justice Project filled and distributed 166 youth hygiene kits and helped serve dinner.
