Play to Learn

Mondays, 10–11:30 a.m.

Play to Learn is a free program for children and adults to play together offered by Children’s Museum of Tacoma! Now offered at over five community locations throughout Pierce County, Play to Learn is for parents, grandparents, neighbors, family, and friends who nurture children ages six and under. Thematic curriculum invites individual play, fun group activities, songs, and a whole group circle time for children and adults to enjoy together.


Trinity Neighborhood Clinic

Tuesdays, 5-7 p.m.

Trinity House, 1615 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405

The Trinity Neighborhood Clinic is available to anyone without medical insurance. Volunteer doctors and nurses are available to assist patients with a variety of medical concerns ranging from sports physicals to diabetes help and prescription refills.

For over twenty years, the Trinity Neighborhood Clinic has operated as an independent 501c3 at Trinity House, next to the Bryant Neighborhood Center and Trinity Presbyterian Church. Questions? Contact Alejandro Ps.


Bryant Montessori PTO

A monthly STEAM night is offered in partnership with the science teachers at Bryant Montessori for 50-70 elementary and middle school children.

“The mission of the Bryant Montessori PTO is to support and improve the educational environment at Bryant and to provide opportunities to connect with each other as a community.”


Hilltop Action Coalition

The BNC has a collaborative partnership providing a gathering place for HAC’s monthly in-person meetings to build and sustain a resilient community with socially-just housing, jobs, commerce, and quality of life. ​Hilltop Action Coalition is a community-based coalition working to mobilize and empower diverse individuals, families, businesses and other public and community organizations to build a safe, clean, healthy resilient and united community.


Associated Ministries

The Associated Ministries hold their Community Quarterly Meeting to Solve Homelessness at the BNC. “Associated Ministries became an Interfaith organization with the vision of being a crossroad for communication and cooperation and engaging communities of faith to address the many needs in Pierce County through advocacy, education and service.”
